We would like to let you know how appreciative we are that you came to our rescue. The people you have working for you are very good and it is because you are a hands-on Manager. We noticed you would stop by several times a day to check on the workers and the progress. That pays off, you care about the job, and that has trickled down to your workers.

Jasmin led the team. We could not have enjoyed working with someone more than Jasmin. Jasmin is a clear communicator, straightforward, looks for solutions, has a sense of humor, does what he says he is going to do, is very responsive and has a good business sense.
The cabinet work is outstanding. The painters were very precise – we have not seen any mistakes. The tile and stonework is great. (Sorry, plumbers, carpenters and electricians, we cannot comment other than to assume your work was great as well).

We want to offer our assessment of your employee, Jasmin Beslija. In a word, the BEST! We are sure Henning already knows it has a star performer. But we want to acknowledge his work with us.
We live at 2323 Tradition Way, #102 in Grey Oaks since 2008. One of the first 8 buildings in Traditions. We are original owners. Jasmin was the head supervisor of the project.
Besides a beautiful and well-constructed Henning building, Jasmin offered superior service. Post-closing, he resolved with quick dispatch, the usual minor issues in new construction. More impressively, over succeeding years, he was always responsive to any question. It helped us a lot to be able to contact someone we can trust.
This superior level of professional service is the main reason we chose Henning/Jasmin to remodel our condo in 2018. We know other contractors do competent work, but we know none that have the attention to detail, adherence to time schedules and prompt follow-up of Jasmin. Needless to say, he did a magnificent job for us.
Unfortunately, this past spring we had a sewer backup, substantively damaging our condo. Again same story. Jasmin immediately helped us through the emergency and the subsequent restoration. With a lot of challenges (COVID, supply chain, labor shortage, etc.), Jasmin turned in a beautiful finished product on time at the agreed-upon price.
We always offer the highest recommendation without reservation for Jasmin and Henning. Thank you so much.
I don’t normally write reviews or recommendations. I find all too often that they are written to be polite and are more about the person writing than the person being written about.
That said, I feel compelled to tell you this brief story.
My wife and I grew up in the Midwest and have moved all over the country for my career. Through it all, we’ve raised (almost) three amazing kids and have had our fair share of emotional and financial ups and downs as most families do over time. We come from modest means and have been fortunate enough, and lucky enough, to get to a time in our lives when we can pick our heads up and see what the next chapter holds.
That is where Jasmin comes into the picture. Buying this house in Grey Oaks (2037 Isla Vista) has been a long, long time coming and was not done without a lot of trepidation as you can imagine. Long story as short as I can make it, I met with many contractors in the area and we chose your organization and, just as important, we chose Jasmin. It was his character, flexibility and communication style that won the day. I know that’s incredibly cliché and sounds really corny but it’s true. He told us (holding up his cell phone), “this is the only number you will ever need to know”, and he was right. He had us meet with the people doing the work (not one other GC did that) and made us feel like we were the only project his team cared about.
As for the work … it is nothing short of spectacular. I hope you get a chance to see the finished product and see some of the before and after pictures. No mean feat given we did 98% of it through text, phone, video and pictures from Boston. But it was Jasmin from beginning to end; consistent as the day is long and easily as responsible a professional I’ve ever worked with and that is saying a lot…you have no idea. He’s ‘on’ 24/7 and he is calm, collected and creative.
I got to know Jasmin a little through the process and while this may be a bit of a reach from his standpoint, I consider him a friend. Not everything went according to the plan (as is always the case) but it ended better than we could have imagined. It was pretty amazing to see the look on the face of my parents when they walked into the house. A pretty cool moment.
We now have our base for the next chapter of our lives. Not sure what that will be yet but, thanks to Jasmin and The Henning Group, we’re happily positioned to find out.
