The Henning Group, known for its expertise in luxury remodeling and general construction, has announced the acquisition of the Estero-based remodeling company, Residential Maintenance Solutions Inc. (RMS). Through this merger, The Henning Group plans to expand its footprint in the remodeling market. The new company, Henning RMS, provides design-build services to clients in the Bonita Springs and Estero areas.
The new acquisition supports Henning’s long-standing commitment to excellence and innovation and positions the company for future growth.

The Henning Companies was founded in 1924 and expanded to Naples with The Henning Group in 2002. Henning RMS officials plan to leverage the strengths of both companies to create a “one-stop-shop” for design-build remodeling, where clients can access a comprehensive suite of services. Clients will also benefit from Henning RMS’s craftsmanship and three-dimensional design capabilities, in combination with The Henning Group’s premier contractor base.
Henning RMS is led by Presidents Scott Wilson and Bob DiBacco. Wilson, previously with GATES, WCI and Bonita Bay Group, is a Florida-certified general contractor with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. DiBacco, a Henning leader since 2005, has 36 years of construction experience and is a licensed general contractor in Florida, North Carolina and Massachusetts. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst Isenberg School of Management with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a member of the Collier Building Industry Association and the Real Estate Investment Society.
